stayed in wheelchair accessible room with comfortable bed, separate wc and excellent views, it worked well for me. the hotel was placed in the secluded location by the coffee shop.

Convenient location - within walking distance to all the places we needed to go.

The room was tidy with cozy beds and a separate restroom and bedroom setup, providing a great night's rest, while the location was convenient for me near the international terminal.

The hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, being directly across from the airport. Guests praised the quick 10, minute walk from the International Arrivals. Many enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. the breakfast buffet was highly commended for its variety. Some particularly appreciated the large floor, to, ceiling windows offering lovely views.

There were occasional complaints about the lack of responsiveness from the staff, particularly with regards to room service and guest interactions.

The food at the restaurant was top-notch, with a great menu and wine selection. I had some really tasty dishes. Plus, you can easily walk to a war memorial in just 10-15 minutes – super convenient! 🍷.

Traveled for work, stayed one night at Pullman Auckland Airport. Smooth late-night check-in, modern room with comfy beds, effective air con. Excellent shower, bonus separate WC. Morning staff went above and beyond arranging my hire car, even providing assistance and ensuring a convenient parking spot right at the entrance. Exceptional service!

Upon arrival, we found the room beautifully designed with comfy bedding and a luxurious TV setup. Everything felt fresh and new. the breakfast was excellent, though the disappointing bacon was upsetting. Overall, we recommend this hotel.
